26. Provide Explosives Department's permission and arrange mobile portable living cabin.

27. Provide suitable transportation and VHF / UHF radio frequency permission for both land & offshore destinations.

28. Provide permission to use Dry Dock facility (the only offshore supply base) for loading & unloading heavy equipments, goods, water, foods etc
